About Me
Hi, Bailley here! I am digital content creator, storyteller, and creative. I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in integrated strategic communication in 2019. Since graduating, have emerged into the world of marketing. This site is a portfolio of my undergrad days, including work from my time as the Editor-in-Chief of The VanCougar Newsmagazine at WSU, and some current examples of what I've been up to since earning my degree.
After graduation, I completed a marketing internship, then joined the team at GTMA (a full stack digital marketing agency in Vancouver, WA) as a social media specialist. In less than a year I was promoted to the role of senior social media specialist, where, in addition to creating social content for a variety of clients (about100 posts/wk), I also fostered client relationships and held a leadership role within our organic social department, training new hires and the team at large.
While I loved the creative content development of my social media role, I was ready for more. Since April 2021 I have worked at AHA creative agency (Now a FINN Partners Company). I started as the Marketing Coordinator, and when help was needed on the account side, I made the switch to my role as an Account Executive; working with clients to bring CSR and employee engagement campaigns to life.
And that's just a scratch on the surface!
If you've made it this far, I'd love to grab a coffee or hop on a Zoom call and get to know you or your organization better. Let's connect!
Cheers!
