So, what did do you do?
I'm glad you asked! I was essentially a one-man-social-media-band. I managed all aspects of the organic social media campaign for a variety of luxury apartment clients across the nation (20+ accounts). Some were located in the Arizona desert, some in the bustling city of Chicago, and lots located somewhere in between. I curated campaigns from planning to execution, and simultaneously managed them as well; responding to messages, checking notifications, collaborating with clients and processing their requests, researching hyperlocal content and events, and ultimately showcasing the story of a community to potential residents while creating an online space for current residents.

This property was developed in 2019 and I have managed their social media channels since it was built. You can view the Facebook Business page here. The onsite leasing team only posts occasionally to Instagram, but most of what you see was curated by me.
