Climate Change Is Upon Us: 5 Things to Consider
1. GLOBAL WARMING IS REAL
Many like to argue that the climate is constantly changing, and this is true. However according to statistical scientific evidence, the globe we live on today is heating at am alarmingly rapid rate. While some may deny the fact that global warming is real, according to heavy research, they are wrong.
2. HUMANS ARE THE CAUSE OF RAPID CLIMATE CHANGE
A common misconception is that climate change is not influenced by humans, when in fact, we contribute significantly. We use obscene amounts of electricity, and produce massive landfills. We are causing major harm to our climate, and in order to make any sort of environmental change we must accept that we are the cause of this issue, and we have the power to change it.
3. IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS WHEN IT COMES TO OUR PLANET
Learning to change the way you in order to better the planet is simple but extraordinary action. Paying attention to the food you eat, car you drive and companies you support is the kind of knowledge that has the power to help conserve our resources. Simply reaching out and acquiring more information can propel our nation towards a brighter, cooler future.
4. CLIMATE CHANGE WON’T JUST GO AWAY
Climate change is not going to simply resolve itself. The longer we wait to make changes, the worse it will become. Turn off your lights, unplug chargers that aren’t being used, be energy efficient and know the power you have to make a change. Ignoring the signs of climate change is like ignoring a broken bone in your body and expecting it to just fix itself.
5. THERE IS STILL TIME TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Today’s actions impact our planet’s future. Scientific evidence may imply that we are too late to make a change, but that is not the case. With determination and willingness to implement massive conservational efforts, we will notice a difference. There is no time like the present to start making conservational changes.
